What does Assisi Hospice do?

Assisi Hospice is a charity that provides palliative care services, preserving dignity and quality of life for patients facing life-limiting illnesses. Our team of specialist doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and pastoral care providers offer medical, psychosocial, emotional, and spiritual support to all patients regardless of their race, faith, or financial position. We provide comprehensive care across Home Care, Inpatient, and Day Care services, allowing our clinical team to journey with the patient throughout their healthcare journey. Our six-storey hospice is purpose-built, offering a homely ambience with cozy spaces for patients and loved ones. It includes specialized wards for Dementia Palliative Care and Paediatric Palliative Care, as well as a Day Care Centre and outreach Home Care services
