Bartley Community Care Services (BCCS) is a charitable organization dedicated to helping low-income and disadvantaged individuals in the community reach their full potential through personal care and attention. Our mission is to touch hearts, build lives, and transform those in need so they can enjoy meaningful lives and contribute positively to society. We offer various programs and services for children, youths, seniors, and families, including literacy support, mentoring, skills training, and family-based activities. With a small staff team and the help of dedicated volunteers, we rely on public and corporate donations to fund our initiatives.
